Leadership resources

These leadership resources and activities were developed during the COVID shutdowns. They are designed for students to use on their own, but can also be used in a classroom setting.

The Leadership Breakout Sessions are similar to what students would have done in person at Fall Leadership events.

The Personal Leadership Development Challenge is an individual development program, geared for students who are participating virtually. Most of the activities have a corresponding small group discussion piece also. These activities should be completed in order to get the most out of the challenge.
