Meet the Officers
Reese Davison, State President
Shorewood High School
Hello, Washington TSA! My name is Reese Davison. I'm currently a senior at Shorewood High School, and I am honored to serve as your state president this year!
5 years ago in 8th grade, one of my friends convinced me to join TSA, and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. However, after my first state conference, I was hooked, and TSA has continued to help me meet great people and make amazing memories ever since.
I've always loved art, so I enjoy doing creative events such as Board Game Design, Children's Stories, and Concept Art. Over time, I also started trying many other events, such as Data Science, which is now one of my favorites! I even started trying speaking events like Prepared Presentation and Extemporaneous Speech, which I was originally terrified of but have come to love!
Outside of TSA, I also enjoy running on my school's track and cross-country teams, competing in DECA, participating in my school's news broadcast, environmental and community service clubs, working as a camp counselor, and more! Most importantly, I love spending as much time as possible with my friends, family, and pet cat Mochi.

Priyankha Radapuram, Vice President
Lake Washington High School
Hello Washington TSA! My name is Priyankha Radapuram, and I am incredibly honored to serve as your 2026–2027 WTSA State Vice President. I am currently a junior at Lake Washington High School, and I can't wait to meet all of you throughout this year at workshops, conferences, and events!
I first joined TSA in middle school and quickly discovered that it was so much more than just a STEM organization. TSA has challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone, strengthened my leadership skills, and introduced me to some of my closest friends and favorite memories. What I love most about TSA is that there truly is something for everyone! You never know what new passion or opportunity you'll discover until you give it a try.
My favorite events are Audio Podcasting and Debating Technological Issues because they combine creativity, collaboration, and public speaking. Through competing, I've learned that some of the most rewarding experiences come from taking risks, trying something new, and learning from both successes and setbacks.
Outside of TSA, I'm involved in ASB and DECA at my school and love spending time outdoors. You'll probably find me hiking somewhere in Washington or spending time with my friends and family. I'm always looking for ways to challenge myself and learn something new!
As your State Vice President, I hope to help create an environment where every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be a part of WTSA. Whether this is your first year in TSA or you're a returning member, I want you to know that you belong here. I can't wait to meet all of you and see the incredible things we'll accomplish together this year.

Brienne Quiroz, Secretary
Cascade High School
"Hello Washington TSA! I'm Brienne Quiroz, and it's such an honor to serve as your 2026-2027 WTSA State Secretary! I'm currently a junior at Cascade High School (in Everett!), and very excited to meet you all at workshops, events, and the State Conference.
I first joined TSA four years ago, and since then, I've grown so much stronger in my leadership skills, friendships, and the many opportunities that TSA provides to young people in STEM. I've found my passion to grow and lead, and I hope to serve Washington well this year.
My favorite - and first - event is Solar Sprint, and I’m a huge physics nerd! Besides that, I've also competed in Structural Engineering, Infographic, Architectural Design, Extemp. speech, and lots more.
I love being a member of TSA not only because of its opportunities for success in STEM and leadership skills, but also because of the true connections you make with others and the inspirations that drive you out of your comfort zone. My biggest passion is to represent with pride and advocate for the importance of our future living in a technical world.
Outside of TSA, I'm part of a traditional Mexican Folkloric dance group, and I love giving performances at schools and festivals. I'm also involved in Orquesta Northwest, a Seattle-based nonprofit aimed at providing free music opportunities for kids. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports (badly), marathoning Roblox games with my friends, binging TV shows, and reading stacks of books!

Rishika Raja, Treasurer
Lake Washington High School
Hello Washington TSA! My name is Rishika Raja, and I am incredibly honored to serve as your 2026–2027 WTSA State Treasurer. I am currently a junior at Lake Washington High School, and I am so excited to meet all of you throughout this year!
My TSA journey started in 7th grade when a friend convinced me to attend a club meeting for the first time. At the time, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I quickly fell in love with the organization. Since then, TSA has helped me grow my leadership, communication, and design skills, along with so much more. Being a TSA member has not only allowed me to learn through my competitive events, but it has also given me countless opportunities to connect with others and build meaningful friendships.
Over the past five years in TSA, I have enjoyed competing in a wide variety of events. My all-time favorite is Audio Podcasting! I also love public speaking events, such as Prepared Presentation and Debating Technological Issues. More recently, I competed in Promotional Design and Senior Solar Sprint, and I had an amazing time trying something new.
Outside of TSA, I enjoy participating in several school clubs, including Women in Business Club and Investment and Business Club. I also work as a lifeguard during the summer! In my free time, I love paddle boarding, skiing in the winter, and spending time with my friends and family.

Cheng Yang, Reporter
Shorewood High School
Hi Washington TSA. I'm Cheng Yang, a sophomore at Shorewood High School, and I'm your 2026-27 Reporter.
I started TSA in 7th grade at Einstein Middle School and have competed in a variety of events since then, such as Audio Podcasting, Website Design, Prepared Speech, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Systems Control Technology. The range is the part I like. Not many places let you write a speech one year and build something the next, and I've never really had to pick a lane. Four years in, the events I remember aren't the ones that went well, they're the ones where my team had no idea what we were doing and figured it out anyway.
Outside of TSA, I play viola in my school orchestra, mountain bike, and referee youth soccer, which is mostly an exercise in staying calm while adults yell at you.

Cici Tang, Sergeant-at-Arms
Newport High School
Hi Washington TSA, I’m Cici Tang, a sophomore at Newport High School. I am so honored to serve as your Sergeant-at-Arms and doorkeeper for the 2026-2027 year!
My TSA journey began 3 years ago, when I won a spot in our school-wide inventions and innovations contest. I was in the 7th grade at Foothills Middle School and I was a part of the first group of middle school students our district had ever sent to state. From then on, I competed in many events, including Promotional Design, Biotechnology Design, Challenging Technology Issues, and Audio Podcasting! During my time as a chapter officer, I also helped grow my middle school chapter from six people to twenty!
In my first year, I had never been to a competition or event quite like TSA before. The impression it made on me as a first-time member and state attendee was incredible; TSA had become a part of me. This year I am so excited to make that impression on every member and even a whole new generation of members who are getting involved in TSA for the first time.
Outside of TSA I love competing in and participating in Mock Trial, Speech and Debate, and Knowledge Bowl! I love watching shows too, I’ve seen TBBT (The Big Bang Theory) 11 times but my favorite show is Prison Break. I also play golf competitively!
